Mourne Living Furniture – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions set out the agreement between you (the customer) and Mourne Living Ltd. (the company), when purchasing goods in-store or online. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General
● Customers must be at least 18 years old to purchase goods.
● All sales are subject to availability.
● Images and descriptions are for guidance only — natural variations may occur in wood,
leather, and fabric.
2. Orders & Payment
● All goods must be paid for in full before delivery or collection.
● Special orders (items made to your specifications) require a non-refundable deposit.
● Prices are as stated at the time of order. If any error in pricing occurs, we will notify you
and give you the option to reconfirm or cancel.
● Title to the goods remains with Mourne Living Ltd. until full payment is received.
3. Delivery & Collection
● We offer webstore delivery within Northern Ireland only. If you are outside this area
and interested in our products please phone or call in store and we’ll help you however
we can.
● Delivery timelines are estimated only. While we make every effort to meet these
estimates, they may be affected by manufacturer or courier delays. We will be in touch
by phone or email to confirm scheduled dates, and will keep you informed of any
changes. We operate a scheduled delivery system to certain areas of Northern Ireland.
As a result the delivery timeframe may change based on when an order is placed.
● Delivery charges are based on distance and item size.
● It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure safe and reasonable access for
delivery.Customers must check that items will fit through doorways, stairways, and into
the intended room. If access is restricted and delivery is still requested, the customer is
liable for any damage to their property or our goods. Returns due to access issues may
be subject to a 25% restocking charge.
● If no one is available to accept delivery at the agreed time, a re-delivery fee may
apply. At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule.
● Most of our items are fully assembled but some, such as corner sofas, beds, dining
tables and wardrobes, require assembly. Please check in advance if you have any
queries. Assembly is the customer’s responsibility unless agreed and paid for in
advance of delivery.
● Full payment is due before delivery/collection of goods. The company reserves the
right to hold goods while payment clears. All goods remain the property of the company
while payment clears.
4. Cancellations & Returns
● In-store purchases: Deposits on special orders are non-refundable. Clearance,
discontinued and floor model items are sold as seen and are non-returnable.
● Online purchases: Under consumer law, you have 14 days from receipt of goods to
cancel your order (excluding special/custom orders, mattresses once unsealed, and
clearance/floor models). Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and at
your own cost.
● Refunds will be processed within 14 days once goods are received back in satisfactory
condition.
5. Damaged or Faulty Goods
● Goods should be checked for physical damage immediately on delivery or collection.
The company cannot accept liability for physical damage to the goods once they have
been accepted by the customer.
● Any other issues must be reported to us within 48 hours. Where goods are found to be
faulty, we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights.
6. Warranties
● Most goods carry a standard 1-year manufacturer’s guarantee (unless otherwise stated).
● This covers manufacturing faults but does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or
accidental damage.
● Your statutory rights are not affected.
7. Colour & Material Variations
● Wood, leather, and fabric may have natural variations in colour, grain, or texture.
● Dye batches may vary, and matching items purchased at different times may not be
identical.
● Such natural variations are not considered defects.
8. Data Protection & Privacy
● Customer details are used only for processing orders and, if consented, for marketing
purposes.
● We comply with all applicable data protection laws.
● We never store payment card details.
9. Complaints

10. Governing Law
● These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.
